Forum Rules:

This is an informal forum, and we are generally pretty open in our posting restrictions, but a few conditions must apply to all posters.

1. Any discussion of Piracy, linking to sites discussing or involving Piracy, warez sites, or pornography, either the active or ethical aspects, is expressly forbidden.
Posts containing such information will be locked or deleted, and persistent offence will result in official warnings, and possible banning from the board.

2. Any reference to work, copyrighted or not, should be correctly referenced to give credit to the original author.
Any personal work, advised or inspired by the work of another person should give credit to those sources.
Any work based partly or wholly on another person's, should have the permission of the author for the use of thier efforts.
Any poster not complying with these rules will recieve an official warning, and persistent offenders will be banned from the board.
Anyone who believes their work is being used without propper authorisation and acreditation please contact the poster, and if neccecary the Administrative staff via PM.

3. All posters are expected to post with respect and decorum. Abuse of a personal nature is expressly forbidden, if you cannot post in an non-offensive manner, we ask you not to to post at all.
Racial and Religious abuse, flaming, and other forms of personal abuse will not be tolerated

4. Foul language is not allowed, we have members and visitors that are minors.
The board swear filter is active, and deliberate circumvention of the filter is considered a serious offense, and will invite swift action from management.

5. Discussion of any action taken by the management team in relation to a user (i.e. a banning or a warning) is not permitted.
This includes discussions about locked topics/threads. PM an Administrator if you wish to object.

MIO Herps reserves the right to lock, or delete posts that are in contradiction of these rules, we must say though that deletion of posts is the last thing we want to be doing on this forum so don’t give us a reason Please.

We ask that any member who has an objection to a moderators action, please PM the Moderator in the first instance and if not satisfied then PM one of the Admins.

Also If you are not active for 90 days we will disable your account if you want it reactivated please email your user name and email on the account to admin@mioherps.com and we will reactivate it for you

MIO Herps also reserves the right to modify these rules without further notification.
